In Stock: Ready to be Shipped

This means we have your product in stock and it is ready to be sent. “In stock ready to ship” products ordered before 9am EST will be shipped the same business day*. Orders placed after 9am EST will be shipped on the following business day.

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any merchandise.

All merchandise is examined prior to shipping our facility to ensure it is free of defects.

Special Order: Will not ship until (date) 

Products marked as “Special Order” will be specifically ordered from the manufacturer. Based on the latest

update from the designer, this item will be available to ship on the date provided. Please add shipping time of

your selected shipping method to the date stated to ensure the dress will arrive in time for your event.

Shipping  Charges

 Free ground shipping is provided for orders over $200 within the Continental US for online orders only.  Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, outlying islands, expedited shipping, and shipping out of the US is extra.  You will be notified of shipping charges prior to processing your order and approval will be obtained from you prior to charging your card.  

Sales Tax
North Carolina Residents will have 7.25% sales tax added to their order.

“Due to Ship” means we have already ordered this dress and are waiting for it to arrive. Based on our latest

update, we expect it to be ready to ship out to you on the date listed. Please add shipping time of your

selected shipping method to the date stated to ensure the dress will arrive in time for your event.
