Why do I need to make an appointment to try on wedding dresses?
In order to give you the full attention of our experienced staff, appointments are necessary.
How long is my appointment?
Bridal appointments are 1.5 hours. If you need additional time, we ask that you make a second appointment to come back.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring photos of dresses you like. It is best to complete the Pre-registration form that you are emailed prior to coming to your appointment so that your consultant can prepare for your appointment. If you have a pinterest page, copy and paste the link into your pre-registration form. We encourage ouf stylists to prepare for our clients, so the more information you give us before you come in, the better we can assist you! Finding your dream dress is what we love to do! For your appointment, come dressed in the foundation garments you feel most comforatable in. Kindly wear full coverage underwear. Bring bring shoes in the heel height you think you will wear on your wedding day.
Who should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your closest friend or family member whose opinion you value the most. Keep your part limited to three, if possible. When the party becomes more than three, it becomes more difficult to keep the focus on YOU, and distractions can become more frequent, as can multiple confusing opinions. Remember, the most important opinion is your own. And, the element of surprise at your wedding, with your gown being seen for the first time by everyone, is a very special moment you will want to treasure.
What size gowns do you have for me to try on?
We carry gowns in sizes 2 to 30. Most of our gowns are in sizes 8-14. However, we have a special section of gowns for our Anjolique Curvy brides from size 18-30 that are fashion-forward and beautiful. Anjolique stocks over 650 wedding dresses in the store and size is never an issue for us!
May I take photos when I am in the store?
Yes! But kindly be mindful of the privacy of others and tag #anjoliquebridalandformal in your photos.
When should I order my veil and headpiece?
Veils and headpieces are custom items and have 4-6 months lead times. It is best to order at the time you order your gown. However, we can make an accessories appointment for you as well if you have time.
Can I complete my entire look in one appointment? Absolutely!
Brides receive a "package price" when they combine their veil and accessories with their gown at their initial appointment, getting discounts up to 30% off their accessories, so it is always best to complete the look when they are at their initial appointment. Ask your consultant if there are any headpieces or veils that are on sale for purchase out of stock for additional savings during your consultation!
Do I need to make an appointment to look at accessories?
Accessories appointments are only required on Saturdays and Sundays. During the week, you can walk in and discuss accessories with our consultants.
How far in advance should I buy my gown?
It is best to order your gown 8-12 months before your wedding. If you plan on doing portraits, this add an exra 2-4 months of planning for your gown. Each designer has their own specified lead time for special orders; however designers have a 4-6 month lead time. Allow an additional 4-8 weeks for alterations (spring and fall are busy seasons, so additional time is required to schedule alterations).
What is a special order gown?
A special-order gown is made specifically for you by a designer, based on the measurements we take from you, the designer then uses their pattern that is closest to your measurements to create your gown. We then fit it to perfection for your body.
When should I expect to receive my gown?
A few days after you order your gown, you will receive an "Order Confirmation E-mail" from our office at Anjolique. This email will contain important information including the estimated arrival date of your dress as provided to us by the designer. Please keep in mind that this information is the estimated date that is given to us by the designer, so the arrival date is an estimate and can fluctuate by a few days +/-. Please use the links included in the form to inquire about updates on your gown.
How do I pay for my merchandise?
Anjolique accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, as well as cash and personal checks. (Personal checks are only accepted for deposit, not final payment). Customers can either pay in full or elect to enroll in our Payment Plan for a nominal administrative fee of $50. The Payment Plan works as follows: 50% non-refundable deposit upon purchase and the balance due in 3 equal payments over the next 3 months. Please call us for additional details. Our customers who choose to use our Payment Plan find it very convenient and easy!
Can I get a swatch of the color of my gown?
Yes! you can get a swatch of the color of your gown. Often this is an extra cost and is requested from the designer. Please inquire from your consultant for more information.
What are the price ranges of your gowns?
The prices of many of our gowns are listed on our website. We do offer special "package pricing" when combining a veil and accessories, so please ask about this! Also, trunk show discounts are always another way to save. We offer a various group of gowns for our brides. Our Anjolique Boutique features gowns from $850-1100. Our Anjolique Flagship Collection -- by far the most popular collection in the store-- ranges in price from $1200-$3000 and has hundreds of gowns for brides to choose from. Designers represented under our Flagship collection include Allure, Mori Lee, Madison James, Pronovias, and many more. For brides looking for a more avant garde experience, we offer our International Couture Designer Showcase, featuring world acclaimed designers including Berta, YSA Makino, Eve of Milady, Lazaro, Ian Stuart, and more.

Yes. We will ship your gown out of state for you. Contact us to inquire about current shipping and handling charges.

Let us know! We want your experience here to be a fabulous one! If you find that you are not making a connection with your consultant, please ask to speak to store manager, Amelia. Personalities don't always mesh, and we will make arrangements for you to work with someone else to make sure you have a great experience at Anjolique and to help you find your dream dress!
